Peaches and Cream Vegan Smoothie Bowl

This simple vegan smoothie bowl is so tasty and so quick to put together! Perfect summer snack or lunch!

Servings 2 bowls

Equipment

  • food processor or high pressure blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lg. frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches extra for topping
  • 1/2cup +1 tbsp simple canned coconut milk or whatever kind of coconut milk you have on hand. Extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup granola optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen fruits in food processor or blender and add coconut milk and blend until smooth.
  • Divide amongst two bowls and top with a drizzle of coconut milk and extra diced peaches. Additional topping like granola make this a healthy lunch or snack! Enjoy!
