This creamy coconut blackberry oat breakfast will keep you going all morning! It's so delicious it can be enjoyed as a dessert and it's completley customizable!
1cupcoconut milk or vegan milk of choice*simple canned coconut milk for creamiest
1tbspshredded unsweetend coconut
¼cupfresh or frozen blackberries
½tbspchia seeds
½tspvanilla extract
½tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in a mason jar or cup of choice. Top with additional chia seeds, shredded coconut, and blackberries. Cover and refrigerate or eat right away! Enjoy!
