Strawberry Cream Overnight Oats

This creamy and flavorful overnight oat recipe will brighten up your day. It's bursting with bright fruit flavors and all the creaminess you could want while being dairy free!

Equipment

  • 1/2 cup old fashion oats I use gluten free
  • 2 tables. plain yogurt I use cashew based dairy free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk I use nut milk
  • 1 teasp. chia seeds
  • 1-2 tables. strawberry jam
  • 2 strawberries diced
  • 1/2 teasp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by pouring all ingredients (except the diced strawberries) into mason jars with excess room because they will swell overnight.
    Stir well and top with diced strawberries and extra jam.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hour or up to 3 days.
