Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 cup earth balance softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350*
    In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well with a whisk. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl or stand mixer beat butter until fluffy. Add sugars and mix making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix just until combined. Add the flour mixture and chocolate chips being careful not to over mix.
  • Drop by rouded tablespoonfulls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes depending on how big or small your cookies are.
