Power Smoothie

This is a chocolate banana smoothie that is nutrient dense! It’s customizable! Add coffee for a pick me up when you need some energy! Great for kids!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen (will work unfrozen)
  • 1 tbsp cacoa powder
  • 3 tbsp hempseed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend till smooth!
