Oatmeal Energy Bites

These wholesome Otameal Energy Bites are a great snack or treat! They are high in natural proteins and nutrient dense!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups old fashion oats
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetend coconut
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds depending on your liking
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Start by combining your oats, coconut, and chia seeds in a large bowl. Stir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Then stir in chocolate chips. Roll into one inch balls. store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or in refrigerator (my favorite)!
