Biscuits
This gluten and dairy free version of biscuits is the best I have ever had! Tender, flaky, and moist.

- 2 cups Gluten free flour blend or all purpospe flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ⅓ cup Butter or Earth Balance
- ⅔ cup Dairy free milk
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°Mix milk with apple cider vinegar and set aside.In a large bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder and stir with a whisk or sift together into a bowl. Cut butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in the milk mixture. Knead for a moment so it forms a ball. Place ball of dough on a lightly floured surface. Pat the dough into a disk about ¾ of an inch thick. With an 3 inch biscuit cuter cut biscuits and place in a baking dish or cookie sheet about ½ inch a part. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
