Creamy Coconut oatmeal

This creamy coconut oatmeal is so yummy and filling! Your whole family will love this quick and easy breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • cups old fashion oats
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 5 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp pink himalayan salt

Instructions
 

  • Place coconut milk, oats, honey, shredded coconut, and salt into a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Stir often for about 8-10 minutes. Turn off heat and add in stevia drops and vanilla extract. Serve with more shredded coconut on top!
