Vegan Protein Balls

These delicious snack is healthy and will keep you going!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashion oats gluten free
  • 2 scoops vegan protein powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips vegan

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl stir together oats, protein powder, and flaxseed. Add in peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and chocolate chips mix well.
  • Using rounded tablespoonfuls form into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Refrigerate in a sealed container for 3-5 days.
