Pear Crisp
This classic dessert will please evryone! So delicious and gives all the fall feels!
- 8-10 cups sliced pears I didnt peel mine
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup gluten free old fashion rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour blend
- 1/2 tsp groung nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetend coconut & or chopped nuts I usually do a mix of both
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Topping
In a medium bowl stir flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon,and nutmeg. Stir in shredded coconut and nuts. Cut in butter and vanilla extract. Mixture will be crumbly. Spread topping evenly over the pears. Bake for 45 minutes or until fruit is soft and topping is getting lightly browned.
