2tspsbaking powder

¾ +1 tbspcupmilk of choice
¼cupavocado oil
1tbsplemon zest
¼cuplemon juice
Lemon Glaze
½cupPowdered Sugar
3tbsplemon juice
1tsplemon zest
Instructions
Grease a loaf a 8 x 4 loaf pan and line with parchment paper (optional). Preheat oven to 350°
In a medium bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of the bowl and set aside.
In another medium bowl mix the egg, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and milk. Add the lemon mixture to the flour bowl and combine. Do not over mix. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Lemon Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl. After lemon loaf is out of the oven pour on loaf while in pan and let cool.
