Mango Salsa

With the warmer weather coming on it makes me crave my favorite mango salsa! This is one of those foods I can live off of! I just can’t get enough! It is so good!

Now this is the basic recipe, but it is so good this way. You can customize it though, by adding more red onion if you like or more or less cilantro! I feel like the recipe is pretty much perfect the way it is. Although you can’t go wrong with mango salsa!

Finally diced mango.

To begin I like to finely dice the mango! I highly recommend this. I have tried other mango salsa’s that have too big of chunks of mango and it makes it harder to get a little bit of everything in one bite.

Stirring it all together should look something like this! If you prefer a ton of cilantro or lime by all means add it in! Make it your own way so you love it!

I have a thing for light and crispy tortilla chips! You know what I mean? They’re just better! I also have a thing for organic corn so I like Late July‘s thin and crispy sea salt chips with this!

As of right now we are still in quarantine, but when the day comes that you need a side dish to bring to a bbq or make for your company, I highly recommend this! Whenever I make it, it all gets eaten! It is a party favorite! Everyone seems to love it! That spicy and sweet is perfectly paired in this mango salsa!

Mango Salsa

This is a delicious mango salsa recipe! It is a crowd pleaser and perfectly pairs sweet and spicy! It can easily be customized as well!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 lime
  • cup chopped cilantro
  • cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 jalapeno's
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Finley diced the mangos, jalapeno's, and cilantro. Use as much of the jalapeno membranes and seeds as you like. The more you use the more spice you will have. I recommend using almost all the seeds! Mix finely diced mangos, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeno's in a medium bowl. Squeeze juice of half a lime and add salt. Put in a serving dish and serve with chips or on tacos!
