Mango Pineapple Ginger Popsicles!

These mango pineapple ginger popsicles are so quick to whip up and taste amazing! They’re vegan and gluten free of course! The deliciousness of mango with a hint of pineapple and ginger hit the spot!

With summer pretty much here I have been very inspired to keep making popsicles! Not only is it cheaper then buying them, but it is much healthier as well! My kids are loving the popsicle making and so am I!

Most of the time I am making these types of popsicles with fruit that is getting over ripe! So it’s putting to use the fruit that we don’t really want to eat because we let it get a little too ripe! It is a win win situation!

I made the puree for these in my food processor, but any type of blender will work!

Did I mention this is a 3 ingredient popsicle? Yes, and it tastes so good!

Health Benefits!

This popsicle is great for your immune system. Mango is great for digestion and immune support. The pineapple juice and fresh ginger are great for anti inflammatory properties and promote heart health and fight cancer. Therefore, you should feel no guilt about this sweet treat and feel good about it!

I filled these popsicle mold about a hal finch from the top. It made five and a half popsicles. Turns out the half sized popsicle is the perfect size for my toddler! Depending on how big your mangos are you might get six full popsicles or only five.

Mango Pineapple Ginger Popsicles

These fruity popsicles are full of nutrition and the perfect summer treat you can feel good about! It is only 3 ingredients and tastes so delicious!

Equipment

  • Popsicle mold

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangoes diced and removed from peel
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

Instructions
 

  • Place mango, pineapple juice, and ginger in a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
