This recipe takes 4 bananas and makes about 8-12 popsicles depending on the size of your popsicle mold!

Add whatever toppings you like!

Cover them in as much or little chocolate as you like! Also have fun with it and add different toppings! Some of my favorites are nuts, shredded coconut, and sprinkles!

Banana chocolate popsicles are great for a summer birthday party! They’re free from most of the top allergens and you could make adjustments according to the food allergy!

These are so fun for kids to help make!

How To Make These Yummy Popsicles!

I started by putting the four bananas into my food processor along with the vanilla extract, salt, honey, and coconut milk. Process and done! Fill the popsicle molds and freeze. Once frozen all the way through you can get your toppings ready and melt chocolate chips.

I found that once I got my popsicles out of the molds it was better to stick them on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for about 15 more minutes outside of the mold. That way they could withstand the warm chocolate. Finally, you dip them in chocolate sprinkle or roll them in your topping of choice then pop them back into the freezer for at least 10 more minutes!

Furthermore, I like to use coconut milk for the milk in this recipe because it is thicker and creamier. I prefer to use the “simple” kind without the guar gum. I also use Enjoy Life chocolate chips because they are allergen friendly!I will link them here for you!
