Sometimes we need to make buckeyes! They’re so tasty and that flavor combo can’t be beat! Here is a much healthier version that’s not jam packed full of powdered sugar and butter like the traditional ones. They’re sure to satisfy your craving!

Healthier Buckeyes
These healthier Buckeyes are sure to satisfy any cravings you have for that classic flavor combo! You won't miss all the refined sugars and butter!
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup almond flour
- 1 cup natural peanut Butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl except for the coconut oil and chocolate chips until smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls or whatever size you prefer. Set in fridge to chill.Meanwhile, In a small bowl melt chocolate chips in a microwave with coconut oil. Do not over melt or burn chocolate. Dip half of the ball into melted chocolate and/or drizzle onto! Place back in fridge to set. Enjot!
