Jam & Oat Bars

If you haven’t had Jam & Oat Bars yet you’ve got to make these simple and delicious bars! I make them gluten free and vegan! They can be made with regular all purpose flour of course and real butter if you prefer! These are an easy homemade snack that everyone will enjoy!

My favorite way to eat these is after they have completely cooled and have been refrigerated for at least an hour!

I thought it would be fun to make my Jam & Oat Bars in a pie plate this time!

Gluten free and vegan Jam & Oat bars!

These make the perfect packable treat! My kids love them and it’s a “kinda healthy” treat! lol

Gluten Free Flours

Not all gluten free flour blends ate the same! I only recommend my easy gluten free flour blend recipe for all of my recipes! I have a post dedicated to different gluten free flours and why it matters which ones you use and how much! For the recipe or post please click here!

Let’s Talk Sugar

I love to bake and most things I bake have sugar in them! So I have been replacing one third to one half of the sugar called for in my recipes with sweet monk fruit! This looks like sugar and smells sweet like vanilla! My family doesn’t even notice the difference and you can use it in equal parts! In these bars I did use a third sweet monk fruit in place of some of the brown sugar.

Scrumptious oat bars the entire family will love!
