Peaches & Cream Vegan Smoothie Bowl

This decedent peaches and cream vegan smoothie bowl is the perfect summer snack! It is cool and creamy and tastes like summer! If you have a peach tree then you know sometimes it can be hard to use up all your peaches! Well, this is a healthy way to turn peaches into a delicious and satisfying dessert or snack!

My kids love smoothie bowls and in the summer months it’s a great way to beat the heat!

I simply froze some sliced peaches or you can use store bought frozen peaches. I always try to keep frozen bananas in my freezer so anytime someone wants a smoothie or smoothie bowl they’re good to go! Something about bananas when they are frozen, they add such creaminess to smoothies!

To Make This Easy Smoothie Bowl…

To begin, all you do is throw your frozen peaches, banana, and some “simple” coconut milk in a food processor or high pressure blender and blend until smooth!

The “simple” coconut milk I mention above is the canned kind without guar gum. It’s easier on your stomach and doesn’t have additives of such. I’ve been using it more these days! It has a consistent texture throughout the whole can so it doesn’t necessarily have to be cold or warm to use. I will link it here so you can easily order some through Amazon!

The great thing about this peaches and cream vegan smoothie bowl is that the base of this dish is only three ingredients! Thats always a good thing in my busy house!

Peaches and Cream Vegan Smoothie Bowl!

So quick and easy to make! My kids can whip this up themselves and add whatever toppings they’d like and its pretty much like there summer days lunch!

I like to add extra chopped peaches to make it extra peachy! I also add a drizzle of coconut milk and here I added some of my healthy homemade granola! The granola adds protein and fiber and helps sustain your hunger a little longer! You can find my healthy granola recipe here!

My homemade healthy granola is so great to have on hand! My kids throw it in yogurt and on smoothie bowls all the time. It’s so healthy and free from sugar I feel good knowing they are adding a healthful addition to any snack! It is perfect for summer months when they’re home and eating all day long! lol

Peaches and Cream Vegan Smoothie Bowl

This simple vegan smoothie bowl is so tasty and so quick to put together! Perfect summer snack or lunch!

Servings 2 bowls

Equipment

  • food processor or high pressure blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lg. frozen banana
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches extra for topping
  • 1/2cup +1 tbsp simple canned coconut milk or whatever kind of coconut milk you have on hand. Extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup granola optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Place frozen fruits in food processor or blender and add coconut milk and blend until smooth.
  • Divide amongst two bowls and top with a drizzle of coconut milk and extra diced peaches. Additional topping like granola make this a healthy lunch or snack! Enjoy!
