Snicker dates are the perfect treat to curb your sweet tooth without refined sugars! My kids even like them! These are a delicious vegan option for snickers, made bite sized and easy to whip up anytime!
If you make these HU chocolate gems then these would be completely refined sugar free! I made them with Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips! Snicker dates would be great for those late night cravings!!
Also, top these with anytime of nuts and fill with any seed or nut butter! So many options and ways to customize!

Snickers Dates
Ingredients
- 10 dates
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter or seed butter of choice
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts or other nuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbs avocado oil or other light oil
Instructions
- Start off by opening up each date leaving them connected on one side. Gently fill each date with some of the peanut butter then sprinkle with some chopped peanuts gently pressing them into the peanut butter. Melt the chocolate chips in a small glass then stir in the oil.Using a tooth pick or fork dip the filled date into melted chocolate.Be sur eto cover the entire date in chocolate. Place on a lined sheet of parchmnet paper. Sprinkle the top with more chopped nuts and refrigerate for an hour or two and serve!
