Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles!? Yes, and they’re so good! Sugar free with simple ingredients!
When you don’t eat dairy you really can appreciate creaminess! I’ve been seeing so much cheesecake recipes popping up on my feed lately it made me think, how can I make a vegan cheesecake that won’t make my house hot?! Popsicles are my answer to most things in the summer!
Here are some of my favorite popsicle molds! If you run out of bamboo sticks you can use spoons! I think I actually liked the spoons better than the sticks!

Strawberry Cheesecake Vegan Popsicles
Equipment
- Popsicle mold
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain unsweetened vegan yogurt cashew based
- 1 cup finely diced strawberries add 1 tsp sugar if needed
- 1/3 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium to large bowl stir together yogurt, honey, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and diced strawberries.
- It is okay if the cream cheese stays chunky. It adds bits of creaminess to the Popsicle.
- Pour into popsicles molds and freeze.
