Peanut butter nice cream chocolate chip popsicles are so creamy you will feel like you’re eating real ice cream! They are made from frozen bananas!! So, so good and no added sugars except for what is in your chocolate chips!
Peanut Butter Nice Cream Chocolate Chip Popsicles
Creamy frozen bananas blend so well with peanut butter for a velvety smooth ice cream!
Ingredients
- 5 frozen bananas sliced
- 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 2-4 tbsp peanut butter to swirl in the ice cream
- 1/4 cup yogurt I use plain cashew based yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Before you begin make sure you have sliced fully frozen bananas.
- Place bananas in food processor or high pressure blender and process until almost smooth. Add in yogurt, peanut butter 1/2 cup, vanilla & salt and blend until smooth. Stir in extra peanut butter for a swirl affect. Stir in chocolate chips then place on a popsicle mold. Freeze thoroughly then enjoy!
