These simple yet tasty graham cracker cream cheese fruit snacks are so fun and simple to put together!
During the summer months I don’t always like to bake because it’s so hot, but this is a great way to have dessert without the fuss!
This could be great for a quick Fourth of July treat! Or even just a sweet snack for the kids! Kids love helping with these graham cracker cream cheese fruit snacks! They can get so creative decorating them and using different kinds of fruit!
I made these gluten free and vegan, but you can make them however you want! That’s the great thing about this recipe is you can replace the graham crackers with regular graham crackers, if you’re not gluten free, and use real dairy cream cheese in place of my vegan cream cheese!
So Quick To Assemble!
First off, you let your cream cheese get to room temperature. Then you will get a medium sized bowl and mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth!
Next, get your graham crackers ready. If they come in long rectangles you might want to break them up into smaller rectangles or whatever size you like!
Finally, spread the cream cheese topping on the graham crackers and top with your desired fruit! So quick, easy, and fun!
Serve immediately. The graham crackers can get soft after about a half an hour or so.
Here are some graham cracker links! I use Kinnikinnick gluten and dairy free graham crackers!
