Baking Vegan Recipes

Southern Peach Cobbler

Southern peach cobbler that’s gluten free and vegan! This can be made with all purpose flour and real butter if that’s how you’d like it!

I use fresh peaches in this recipe and I leave the skin on! I love utilizing what nature gives us! I just can’t bring myself to waste the peach skins! I also leave them on in my apple and pear desserts! Not to mention the nutrients that’s found in fruit skins!

For the gluten free flour blend I always recommend using my easy recipe. Not all gluten free flours are the same and often when using the “one to one” blends it thickens up quick bread recipes too much! For my easy gluten free flour blend please click here!
